Casement wood sash windows must be maintained at least twice a year for them to have longevity and stay working properly . Eagle windows and doors were purchased by Anderson windows and doors and a lot of the older eagle products we see in the field. The wood on the casements sometimes have rot due to lack of maintenance. The window sash also has damage do too weather stripping and leaks coming in the window frame. The rotted wood can be replaced therefore having an option to replacing the window entirely. A lot of the eagle casement windows that we see in the field that have been maintained properly through the years still look like they did when they were first purchased and installed.
